It is a 2 component product created by two materials, iso and resin, which react when mixed with each other and expand up to 100 times its liquid volume after it is sprayed in place. This expansion makes it the highest R-value and heat and cold resistance, R-VALUE is the term given to thermal resistance to heat flow. The higher the R-value of an insulation product, the more effective the insulation properties. Spray polyurethane foam comes in a range of densities and cell structure. Low density foams are referred to as Open Cel SPF while higher density foams are referred to as Closed Cel foam. 1.8-2 pound polyurethane foam has the highest R-value of readily available spray foam insulation used in homes and buildings. No other product conforms to every inch of your property like spray foam insulation. This provides you with the most energy efficient building seal available.

It is fiber based spray-applied thermal and acoustic insulation. Its major uses are within the multi-unit residential, institutional, commercial and industrial markets for installation in both new construction and retrofit applications. Consists of pure white, inorganic, non-combustible glass fibers (minimum 40% recycled glass) and a non-hazardous, water-based synthetic emulsion adhesive. These components are combined during application on the job site. When installed correctly it produces a monolithic, non-combustible insulation blanket that resists heat flow, air circulation and moisture migration to the substrate. It can be applied to most sound, grease and oil-free substrates such as concrete, steel, gypsum board, wood and rigid insulation. It also adheres to spray-applied fire resistive materials. The single-step spray-applied process allows the most complex surface configurations to be covered easily and efficiently with no seams or voids.
